Good afternoon readers! This will be my last blog of the semester and this time I will talk about my personal experience with blogs. I think the blogs was a good experience to know more about my colleagues and the teacher and maybe me too, since I had never thought about my favorite book or my favorite image and that was fun and interesting for me. However, I have many things to study and what to do, odontology demands a lot of time from the students, for which I felt it was a time when I could be doing other homework or sleeping, because we sleep very little. But in terms of learning English, I think it helped me a lot, I really still I am novice for English but before it was worse, now I can handle more with vocabulary and grammar. I find that blogs have an appropriate structure and are well designed, the only thing that I would highlight is that sometimes the questions are ambiguous, which raises doubts, therefore they should be better expressed. Everything else is fine....

pasapalabra!

Hello everyone! I hope you have a nice day! Well, today I tell you about my favourite TV show. This is difficult for me because I watch very little TV, but the program that I will say next I see it thanks to my family. Its name is “Pasapalabra”, it is a very funny and cultural program, it released in Chile for first time in January 7 th , 2018. This program is about that the participants must answer a word associated to the letters of the alphabet and the definition of the dictionary: ; this is done through dynamic games and if someone wins the games gets a lot of money . My favourite game called memory, where the participants of the one group have 75 seconds to sequence 9 words . I think this program serves to entertain and learn about Spanish word and get a wide vocabulary. I love pizza!

Hello! Today I will talk about my favourite food, which is very difficult to choose, I love food and choosing only one is complicated. But what I like most is pizza, it is very common to be people's favourite food. I love pizza because the mixes are endless, you can make the dough as you want and you can select any ingredient you want or everything! For me at least. In fact I love pizza with pineapple that produces so much controversy, but if you like the bittersweet, the pizza with pineapple is for you. The last time that I eat pizza was yesterday in my house, we added a lot of seafood and it was exquisite but it was very small and we wanted to eat more. I usually  eat pizza at home, it's very easy to do, which is another reason why it's my favourite food. Also I eat it at restaurants to try new recipes and imitate them. I'm not an expert cooking but pizza is one of my specialities haha Good luck to everyone!

Pierre Fauchard

Hello again! This time I will tell you about a character of importance in dentistry. He is not a contemporary character but it is very important for this area. His name is Pierre Fauchard and he is recognized as the "father of modern dentistry". He was born on an unknown date but it is estimated That it was approximately 1678, in Saint-Denis-de-Gastines, France and died in Paris, France on March 22, 1761. He decided to enlist in the Royal French Navy, where he was influenced by a surgeon, expert in dentistry. Fauchard noticed that many sailors who embarked on long trips suffered serious dental problems. Then it was a French doctor, the dentistry career didn't exist before. A subject I enjoy studying this semester

Hello everyone! Now I will tell you about my favorite subject, which honestly it isn’t so favorite. It is called "simulation for professional practice", it really is a subject that I love and hate at the same time.  This subject consists of a theoretical part where the teachers teach us the things we will do when we become dentists and in the practical part where we exercise what we will do in our future in a false person! It is easier because the person doesn’t complain or cry haha. ​​The most important topics are: caries, how to recognize them, how to remove them and treat them for an adequate oral rehabilitation, with  this we learn the materials that we will use and which is better according to the context and the patient's condition, so that his rehabilitation lasts long enough and he feels comfortable with it and that he feels comfortable while he is being treated.  I like this subject because it is the closest to what we will do in the future, I like th...

My favorite picture

Hi! For me, is very difficult to choose only one picture, but I tried to select the best.  I didn’t know if I should choose a funny picture or an emotional picture and finally it is a funny photo.   This photo was taken by me in my room, in March of this year, and appears my pet and me. The name of my dog is Almendra and she is 2 years old, but about her size, she is very big. I like this photo because I love my pet and I always annoy her and I feel that she has reactions of a persons, Almendra gets mads at me when I do this. I mean, I like this picture because she looks like an angry girl, but she is much more annoying than me, she likes to play and is very gross! This doesn’t mean that she is violent, on the contrary she is very nice with the persons and with others animals. Bye! Good luck!

My favorite BOOK !

Hi! Today I write about my favorite book and my favorite movie. My favorite book is “A little princess”, it was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett and it was released for the first time in 1905. Its genre is contemporary literature and it is very short. A great friend recommended it to me. It’s about a princess, her name is Sara Crewe, she lived very happy with her father in the colonial India, and they had a good economic situation. She enters a prestigious school and the director accepts the girl and she promises to take care of the princess. But one day, the father of Sara dies and the little princess becomes an abandoned girl and orphaned .This is the beginning, I won’t tell you more, in case you want read it. I like this book because Sara is very strong and very happy, regardless. Her days are hard but she still fights and enjoys her life. This cute character show me how beautiful life is, and that the little moment are magnificent. I read the book many years ago...
